Baku – APA. The Ministry of National Security has conducted an antiterrorist operation to detain Azerbaijani citizens fighting within the Islamic State and other terrorist groups.
The Ministry’s Main Investigation Department has launched criminal cases under articles # 12.1, 279.1 and 283-1.3 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan. The court sentenced Garagozov Aydin Nadir, Ramizzade Hafiz Ruslan, Bakirov Telman Avaz, Tahirov Mubariz Aman, Gasimov Javid Rabil, Valizade Fazail Etibar and Mammadov Tural Fazil to pre-trial detention.
