Moscow. Farid Akbarov – APA. Washington is sending signals of building mechanisms of security cooperation with Russia. In case of an official proposal, Moscow will consent to that, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said in an interview to the radio channels “Sputnik”, “Ekho Moskvy” and “Govorit Moskva”.
As for the problem with the United States, it needs a solution through negotiations, Lavrov said.
“The Americans are not sending to us official and unofficial signals of building security interaction through different channels in vain. And we have not destroyed these mechanisms. If they are interested to build such mechanisms, then they have got to make an official proposal. Perhaps, we would consent to that,” the Russian FM noted.
