Baku – APA. President of Russia Vladsimir Putin has announced the terms of improving relations with the Western countries, APA reports quoting RT news.
“Our partners should at least try to seek compromise rather than put pressure on us,” the Russian president said.
“The US doesn’t need allies, it needs vassals. Russia cannot exist in such a system of relations”, Putin said.
