Baku – APA. “US arrogance and incapability to solve problems along with outright slanders leads to imbalance in the system of international institutions as well as global security,” State Duma Speaker Sergei Naryshkin has said, APA reported citing RIA Novosti.
According to him, this process has already resulted in tragedies in the Middle East and elsewhere across the globe. “As a result, the world plunged into a crisis,” he stressed, adding that efforts not to settle accounts with Russia will prove useless.
