Baku. Musa Ahmadov – APA-Economics. The U.S. Dow Jones stock index increased by 0.19% to 17,712.66, S&P 500 rose 0.24% to 2,061.02 points, while the NASDAQ grew 0.57% to 4,891.22 points.

In European stock markets, FTSE 100 index went down 0.58% to 6,855.02 points, French CAC-40 soared 0.55% to 5,034.06, while Germany’s DAX went up 0.21% to 11,868.33.

 

In Asian stock markets, Nikkei 225 index slipped 0.95% to 19,285.63 points, Hang Seng dropped 0.04% to 24,486.20, Shanghai advanced 0.55% to 3,971.70.

 

At the latest COMEX auctions, gold price fell $5 to $1,200.70 an ounce, and silver price shed $0.07 to $17.07.
