Baku. Ulker Bekirli – APA. The Islamic State (ISIL) terrorist organization has executed 24 Iraqi citizens in Kirkuk province, Iraq, APA reported citing TASS.
Most of the victims are members of the district Municipal Council.
According to the Iranian television channel Press TV, the mass execution took carried out 95 km away from Kirkuk.
