Baku. Agshin Rafigoglu – APA-Economics. Iran can acquire share in TANAP depending on commercial conditions, Turkish Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Taner Yildiz told journalists at the signing ceremony of energy contract between Turkey and Georgia, APA-Economics reports quoting Haberturk.

The Minister noted that other countries also put forward proposals on joining TANAP: “Such operation may be available depending on commercial conditions suitable for both Turkey and SOCAR and taking strategic cooperation into account”, Yildiz said.

 

TANAP shareholders are: Southern Gas Corridor - 58%, BOTAS - 30% and BP - 12%.
