Shabran. Veli Turan – APA. Soltanov Agalar, born in 1986, the representative of the head of Shabran District Executive Authority for Shahnezerli administrative unit, drowned after he fell into a lake while fishing in the district's Dashliyatag village on March 29, APA’s northern bureau reported.
Investigation is underway on the fact.
