Baku - APA. President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed an order on establishment of Baku International Sea Trade Port Closed Joint-Stock Company, APA reports.
Under the order, Baku International Sea Trade Port Closed Joint-Stock Company was established under the Ministry of Transport through reorganization of Baku International Sea Trade Port with state-owned shares and authorized to provide port services in the waters of the Caspian Sea belonging to Baku.
The Company is a legal successor of Baku International Sea Trade Port and all its rights and obligations as well as its property are transferred to the Company.
