Baku – APA. The details of the disappearance of mayor Yoshkar-Ola have been revealed.
The Yoshkar-Ola administration informs that mayor Pavel Plotnikov’s disappearance was pre-planned, APA reports quoting Russian media.
The purpose was to prevent the murder of the mayor and his family members.
The operation was conducted under the control of the Russian Interior Ministry. The “disappearance” of the mayor was caused by the operational measures taken by the police officers.
