Baku – APA. The events of 1915 should be assessed by historians and specialists, German Government spokeswoman Christiane Wirtz told journalists in Berlin, APA reported citing Anadolu agency.
Wirtz said the German Government does not interfere in this matter, adding that it should be assessed by historians and specialists.
The spokeswoman said she could not act as an arbitrator in the matter and determine whose position is correct.
German Foreign Ministry spokesman Martin Schaefer also noted that Turkey and Armenia must solve this matter together.
