Baku – APA. President of the Republic of Tatarstan of the Russian Federation Rustam Minnikhanov has arrived in Azerbaijan on a working visit.
Minnikhanov was welcomed by Deputy Minister of Economy and Industry Niyazi Safarov and other officials at Heydar Aliyev International Airport.
