Slovakian citizen František Mikloško, who is on a list of the persons illegally visited Azerbaijani lands under occupation, is accused of articles # 281.2 (Public appeals to infringement of territorial integrity of the Azerbaijan Republic, as well as distribution of materials of such contents are committed repeatedly or by group of persons) and 318.2 (Crossing of protected frontier of the Azerbaijan Republic without established documents or outside of check point of frontier committed on preliminary arrangement by group of persons or organized group)
František Mikloško, known for his radical thoughts, have been visited occupied territories continually and participated as an observer at so called elections in the occupied territories.
