Baku – APA. Ukraine’s Verkhovna Rada has adopted a decision “On access to the archives of the repressive organs of the Communist totalitarian regime during 1917-1991”

 

261 deputies voted in favor of the bill, censor.net reported. Under the decision, NKVD and KGB archives in Ukraine will be handed over to the Institute of National Memory and the confidentiality stamp on these documents will be lifted.
