Baku – APA. British troops have begun a training mission in Ukraine. 35 personnel are in the southern city of Mykolaiv as part of a two-month mission, APA reported citing the BBC.

The decision on sending military instructors and advisers to Ukraine was announced last week by British Prime Minister David Cameron. He said UK troops will provide to the Ukrainians training on tactical intelligence, logistics and medical care. The training will last for two months. In coming weeks, another group of UK troops are expected to arrive in Ukraine. Their will number in 75 overall. 
 
Note that, US President Barack Obama too has made a decision on sending military instructors to Ukraine. They will train 780 soldiers of Ukraine’s National Guard.
