Baku. Malahat Najafova – APA. “Armenia is the cause of problems in the South Caucasus, Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu said in an interview to “A Haber” regarding the recent developments in the country’s foreign policy, APA reports.

He said that despite Turkey has repeatedly held out the hand of friendship to the Armenians, the country’s authorities rejected this in every way.

 

“Armenia, having problems with relations with all neighboring countries, must reconsider its foreign policy,” Cavusoglu said.

 

The minister said that on the eve of April 24, we have taken political, cultural and diplomatic measures with regard to Armenia’s actions against Turkey.

 

“On April 24, Turkey will deliver to the world a message of friendship and peace at the commemorative ceremony of the victims of the Battle of Canakkale,” he noted.

 

The FM stressed that on April 24, the U.S. President will make a statement similar to the previous ones and otherwise, a different statement will negatively affect the relations.
