Azad Rahimov: All facilities will be commissioned by end of April

“The construction of facilities for the Baku 2015 European Games is almost completed. They will be commissioned by the end of April,” said Azerbaijan`s Minister of Youth and Sports Azad Rahimov.

The Minister also said that the opening and closing ceremonies of the European Games will be attended by 5,000 volunteers and by 18,000 volunteers in various competitions.
