The conflicting sides in Libya should stop violence to create favourable atmosphere for negotiations, Leon Bernardino , the head of the United Nations Support Mission in Libya, said late on Saturday, TASS reported.
A regular round of inter-Libyan political consultations is taking place in Skhirat /Morocco/ under UN auspices in a bid to reach the final and comprehensive settlement.
