The Baku Court on Grave Crimes held a hearing on the case of the head of the Legal Education Society Intigam Aliyev April 14.
The public prosecutor demanded 10-year imprisonment for Aliyev at the trial.
It should be noted that Aliyev was detained on August 8, 2014. Aliyev faces charges under the Criminal Code’s articles No.213.1 (tax evasion), No.308.2 (abuse of power), and No.192.2 (illegal business).
