President of Tatarstan of the Russian Federation Rustam Minnikhanov paid a working visit to Azerbaijan April 13.

Azerbaijani Deputy Minister of Economy and Industry Niyazi Safarov and other officials welcomed President Minnikhanov at the Heydar Aliyev International Airport.
