Baku. 2 April. REPORT.AZ/ Last year the volume of real estate operations in Azerbaijan reached a record high.
Report was told in the State Committee on Property Issues, in recent years reduced the number of procedures and deadlines for registration of property. In parallel, a growing number of electronic services in this area, the implementation of which began in 2012. The introduction of these services actually creates the conditions for the automation of the registration of the property.
In 2014 property rights to 205.2 thousand real estate were registered, that is the highest rate in the country. The volume of real estate transactions increased by 28 thousand units or 15.9%. Over the past 5 years, the number of registered objects increased by 2.3 times, from 89 thousand in 2009 and to 205.2 thousand in 2014. The highest growth rates were observed in 2011, when the volume of real estate transactions increased by 56%, from 94.7 per thousand to 147.4 thousand objects.
Last year, after the initial registration documents were received for 58 thousand real estates.This is the highest initial registration to date.Compared with the previous year initial registration has grown by 16.6%, second - 15.6%.
The region's share of real estate registration in 2014 reached 69%.During this period 56 high-rise buildings accounted for 45 regions have been registered.
