Azerbaijani president arrives in Turkey for working visit

Azerbaijan’s President Ilham Aliyev arrived March 17 in the Turkish city of Kars for a working visit.

President Ilham Aliyev visited on the same day the monument to Azerbaijan’s National Leader Heydar Aliyev in a park named after the great leader, and laid flowers at the monument.
