Vice-President: SOCAR will not sell its share in TANAP

Baku. Agshin Rafigoglu – APA-Economics. State Oil Company of Azerbaijan has not received any appeal on share acquisition by Iran in TANAP, SOCAR Vice-President for Economic Affairs Suleyman Gasimov told journalists.
According to him, SOCAR has 58%-share in TANAP and according to interstate agreement, its share should not be below 51%.
“SOCAR does not intend to sell its share. If Turkish side sell their share, this is their own choice. Of course, this will be carried out with the agreement of partners”, he said.
