Azerbaijani President signs order to speed up socioeconomic development of Astara District

Baku – APA-Economics. President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed an order on additional measures to speed up the socioeconomic development of Astara District.
Under the order, AZN 5.5 million has been allocated to the Astara District Executive Authority from the President’s Reserve Fund for the major overhaul of 860-seat secondary school #2 (AZN 2.5 million) in Astara city and the reconstruction of Takhtanakaran-Miki and Takhtanakaran-Toradi motor roads (AZN 3 million) which connect 38 settlements with twelve thousand of population.
