Azerbaijan to ban import and trading of genetically modified crops

Baku. Mubariz Aslanov - APA. Azerbaijan will ban import and trading of genetically modified crops and determine criminal responsibility in this regard.
APA reports that today, annexation of new articles to the Criminal and Administrative Offences Codes in this regard have been discussed at the meeting of Agrarian Policy Committee of the Parliament and recommended to the plenary meeting.
