Most stocks in US and European market fall

Baku. Yegane Lachinzade – APA-Economics. The U.S. Dow Jones stock index decreased 0.71% to 17,849.08, S&P 500 fell 0.33% to 2,074.28 points, while the NASDAQ went up 0.16% to 4,937.43 points.

In European stock markets, FTSE 100 index went up 0.49% to 6,837.61 points, French CAC-40 dropped 0.64% to 5,028.93, Germany’s DAX slid 1.54% to 11,980.85.

In Asian stock markets, Nikkei 225 index soared 0.12% to 19,460.41 points, Hang Seng increased 1.04% to 24,150.69, Shanghai advanced 0.91% to 3,534.81.

At the latest COMEX auctions, gold price climbed $1.50 to $1,149.70 an ounce, and silver price declined $0.05 to $15.53.
