Azerbaijani President embarks on working visit to Turkey

Baku – APA. President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has embarked on a working visit to the city of Kars, Turkey.
President Ilham Aliyev first visisted the monument to national leader Heydar Aliyev in Kars and laid flowers.
