Armenian serviceman voluntarily surrendered to Azerbaijan: I’m afraid of senseless death

Baku - APA. Ministry of Defense has issued a statement on the Armenian serviceman surrendering to Azerbaijan.
Press service of the Defense Ministry told APA that military contractor of the Armenian armed forces, Andranik Araratovich Grigoryan, born in Khojavand district in 1991, left the military unit and voluntarily surrendered to the Azerbaijani side on March 22. “The Armenian serviceman, who crossed the contact line of the troops, was detained by the Azerbaijani servicemen.”
Andranik Grigoryan said that he was born in Martuni district in 1991. “I voluntarily surrendered to the Azerbaijani side. My act has a very simple reason. I’m afraid of senseless death."
