Baku Mayor’s Office: Reports on alleged lease of ‘Sovetsky’ area by Arab businessmen groundless

Baku. Farid Mirzayev – APA. Reports on alleged lease of Baku’s area known as “Sovetsky” by Arab businessmen are groundless, Baku Mayor’s Office told APA on April 21.
Some media outlets have recently reported that the Arab businessmen rented “Sovetsky” area for 99 years to build hotels, restaurants, entertainment and recreation centers there.
