US company awaiting Azerbaijan’s requirements for new satellite project

Abu Dhabi. Rashad Suleymanov – APA. The US company Orbital ATK is awaiting Azerbaijan’s requirements for a new satellite project, Vice President of Orbital ATK Mohammed Khan told reporters at the IDEX-2015, APA reported.
Mr Mohammed Khan outlined that his company has gained productive experience with Azerkosmos OJSC within the project Azerispace-1 satellite, adding that the work will start in compliance with Azerbaijan’s requirements.
He also said Orbital ATK is interested to work with Azerbaijan on a reconnaissance satellite, and that they look forward to the announcement day of the tender.
