Azerbaijani Health Ministry discloses 63 fake diplomas

Baku. Konul Kamilqizi – APA. In 2014, the Health Ministry considered 290 negative cases reported via the “161”call center of the Anti-Corruption Department under the Prosecutor-General of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and another 314 reported via the ministry’s call center.
The Health Ministry’s sector on law and internal supervision told APA that responsibility measures were taken against 176 medical workers over their misdoings uncovered during investigations, while one employee was opened criminal case against by law enforcement authorities due to a criminal irregularity.
Furthermore, 63 fake diplomas were disclosed, and collected data was sent to the Anti-Corruption Department.
