SOCAR President: In 2017, oil price to jump to $80 or $90

President of SOCAR Rovnag Abdullayev has predicted the price of oil will surge to $80 or $90 per barrel in 2017.

He described as normal the fact that the price of oil is taken as $50 per barrel in Azerbaijan's state budget for 2016.

"We can see that the oil price has jumped and dropped several times in the past few years," Abdullayev added.
